- Contact and quote request form: first name, last name, email, phone number and the content of your message. Purpose: answering your request (purchase, collection, skip hire, quote). Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
- Professional account (Pro Area): first name, last name, company, SIRET number, email, phone number, password (stored encrypted) and supporting documents (company registration extract). Purpose: verifying your professional status, managing your account and giving you access to professional prices. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Newsletter (if you subscribe): email address. Purpose: sending you our news. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link.
- Audience measurement and advertising: browsing data collected through cookies, only with your consent (see below).
Recipients
Your data is intended for authorized SAS BULL METAL staff. It may be processed by our technical service providers, strictly within the scope of their services: LWS (website hosting, in France), Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics, Google Ads), Mailchimp / Intuit Inc.
